Dragon dances in New Year that choke the alleys with dancers, masks, firecrackers and incense. Narrow, dark alleys hiding smoky opium dens. Gangs that control everything from gambling to narcotics ordering their business from their lairs in Mah Jongg gaming parlours. Be careful after dark as the Famous Opium Shortage of '43 and rumours of a dead man walking have made the streets a bit too unsafe.
